Any update on the Pro statuses? My Pro has expired now and with a year of Pro waiting to be applied to me from my Dec/Jan submitted apps, I'm keen to get moving once again

I just LOST my Pro It was scheduled to run until /10/18/2015/ as of last night, but now my whole membership is lost?? I haven't gotten any months from the Tizen promo yet- could it be that you guys accidentally removed my Pro when you tried to add to it? If you could look into this for me, that'd be great
Anyone else having this problem? If you're supposed to have Pro, check if you still have it and/or if the expiration date is correct at http://auth.gamesalad.com

Months haven't been granted yet. I'm working on them now. A lot of users seem to have double submitted so I'm working those out right now.

i only got 3 months i submittet 2 apps to the program
As yet I have 0 months with 4 apps submitted, so I don't think they're done
Edit: I just got a reply to my support ticket submitted a week or so ago saying they are doing the Pro months "this week".
