    @sadida172 yes. When we set up the page, we entered all the ones we could for our users from what was submitted via email, so yours might already be in there. But I'd double check to be sure.

    So has any headway been made? Here it is almost 2 weeks after so-called phone call and I haven't heard a single person say that they received any kind of pro months nor payment since then.

    @Chakku Yes, you're all set as long as you submitted to the publishing portal.

    @Chaser This push to get Content IDs by the end of the day is so we can submit as complete information as possible to Appbackr. I'll compile a report using this information tomorrow morning with this information to submit to Intel and Appbackr. Then the balls are in their courts.

    So, I inputted my Deep Link & Content ID, from Tizen, within my app's Portfolio Publishing Incentives section and pressed the purple button a month ago. After reading the above; do I need to press the purple button, again, that now says update?

    @adent42‌ I have screenshots of Tizen pages also with Appbacker - GameSalad notes to reviewers and approval dates. If needed just let me know as I already sent all of this to Fake Fred

    Sending emails from fake persons? Really? This will help us at some point of a potential escalation scenario! Btw @adent42‌ even when you submit the details to Appbackr GS is the one who have to take care to fix this situation as the legal offer comes from you guys!

    My understanding was that the pre-offered incentives were an offer from appbackr with GameSalad acting as an intermediary.

    The $50 and Pro, though, was an offer directly from GameSalad to their members, and that one they'd be legally responsible for fulfilling.

    That said, I highly doubt GameSalad would be free from problems if appbackr decided to renege on their promises!

    Oh we already checked this with out lawyer but this is nothing to discuss in deep on a public forum. And I am also hopeful this all will work out as promised. But in the event if not we are prepared and bad games like sending out emails from fake or not existing persons or what ever are not very professional at all.

    Well I'm sure it won't come to that!

    And don't forget that GameSalad is a small team of very over-worked people, so mistakes like with the email will happen from time to time and really nothing should be read into it. Making mistakes =/= dishonest.

    @adent42 Regarding the $50 rewards and pro months, should I be concerned? I emailed for one of my apps back in December (and got an automated response) and two further ones before the Incentives tab was added. Once that was added, I inputted those three and an additional one. None were pre-filled. I've not received any emails. I've not had any indication that my apps were recorded and deemed eligible. I've received no Pro months. Is it just a matter of trusting that everything is okay, or should I have received some - any - form of confirmation?

    Sigh. And having checked them MONDAY, and confirmed all were properly filled in, I see they're now empty again. Looks like a browser issue. And seems text strikethrough doesn't work :D

    Even it is one man show, but sending fake emails from persons who don't exist, if I understand this right? Still can't believe this. Maybe I get this wrong? But why?

    Also I am bit afraid about when now all press the update button. All entries get a new date far behind the end of the incentive action. So could this also be what they want? Not sure. But when I read that they send fake emails from fake person. Why should we trust about any honest on this? This is all just speculation. But I am feeling more and more concerned about all this. Why they don't apply at lest the pro month? They have any evidence they need. In person its not for us the important thing. The pro month we don't need. We make enough with the games to pay on our own. But just wondering.

    Is nothing that could just happening. It shows only once more how unprofessional the company is organised. I am not blaming on the team that maybe do its best, what is maybe not enough. But it seems the fish is stinking as usual from the head.

    Very sorry that Dan is out the office today. Send him an email for clarification. But well lets hope he get back on this after his return.

    It sounded like a simple "Send from:" error. They sent the mail accidentally from an account that wasn't able to receive mail. It really doesn't look like anything nefarious or deliberately deceptive. I don't intend here to call adent42 stupid (I'm sure he'll understand that's not my intention), but Hanlon's razor is very likely applicable here:

    Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

    They will be going by the date the app was approved to the Tizen store, not the date the information was entered and submitted/updated.

    Why they don't apply at lest the pro month? They have any evidence they need.

    I really don't get this either.

    Where GameSalad have really shot themselves in the foot, in my opinion, is in not making the distinction between the appbackr and Intel incentives clear enough. I think a lot of the time they're talking about the former and people who are only eligible for the latter think it's that that they're talking about.

    people use do-not-reply email addresses all the time. Sometimes it's labeled as 'do-not-reply', other times it's not. I don't think there is a big conspiracy at work here.

    for all of you that have not simply submitted (or resubmitted) your app info on the incentives page, that risk is up to you. I submitted back in dec/jan when i published my apps, and again earlier this week.

    Okay jon, now you're opening a new can of worms :D If the information was entered weeks ago and says "Waiting for confirmation and payment", are we needing to click Update again, or is the change from "Waiting for complete app store information" to "Waiting for confirmation and payment" sufficient for us to be sure our info is registered? @adent42 Please confirm :D

    Sure many companies use don't reply addresses but first they mark them as don't reply and also they don't named it with a real name. Or not real name? As mentioned I really hope this all comes to good end. But alls this small points are making us nervous.

    @Armelline is correct. Though I usually use "incompetence" instead of "stupidity".

    Sorry again about the fred thing. Fred did exist at one point and is still in our mailing list system (he was actually the sysadmin that set up the system). I just forgot to swap out with the correct email in the dropdown of our mailing list system. I decided not to send a correction email since we didn't ask for a reply email in the message. Sorry, my mistake. We do have access to fred's email box and I'll try to answer any concerns this evening.

    If you already see your information in the Incentive forms, then we have it. You don't need to "Update" it again. The email just a reminder to make sure to enter ALL of your games into the system and to make sure you entered the correct information (while this seems to be corrected, many people had entered their Tizen ID instead of their Tizen Content ID).

    @adent42 Thanks for the update. That show the situation in a bit different light. Do you have any update on how long the review process will now take? When we can expect the payments? By end of the month? Faster? Whats about the Pro extensions, why are they not already in process as its an internal GS process. Thanks for clarification.

    @‌mulyinc I can't comment on payment as the timeline depends on third parties, but here's the short versions: after Tizen and Appbackr pay us.

    We haven't been able to grant free months because Tizen hasn't given us a window into their system to confirm app acceptance, so we will grant the free months shortly after we get confirmation from Tizen which apps have been accepted and are among the first 1000 GameSalad apps.

    I hope I've answered everyone's questions!

    @adent42 thanks for the answer. Well as the payments should for the January submission should already be done time ago there should be some communication about a time frame. So like when Appbackr got the new information from you, the so called new list, I am sure they told you how long they will need approximately to verify and submit the payments. Or at least thats the way how we do business. But well I will contact now Appbackr directly maybe they can give us a statement on this issues.

    Also about the extensions of pro. I send to your friend Fred screenshots of the approval date of Tizen store in January. This should be enough proof for the GS pro extensions, or isn't it?

    This goes back to #1of my original scenarios. Did Tizen tell you there were 1000 or did GS decide this on their own

    Did you eventually got access to the emails sent to fred@gamesalad ?!
    Many of us replied to that address with our games info just in case the publishing page didn't update correctly.

    @Chaser Intel told us.

    Everyone! Looks like we're good to go on granting free months and we'll be starting this process next week. If you're lucky and I get some stuff off my plate early, you may even get it by Monday, but don't hold your breath.

    You should get at Pro upgrade confirmation email AND you can check your account settings page to see your Pro upgrade term.

    Finally, you should be able to see the Pro badge on your forum post if you logout and log back in.

    @adent42 Hey pretty much i just updated my content id and link. it was already filled for me but i did it anyway. is this sufficient?

    P.S I received my free months just waiting on the appbackr incentive.
