I assume you mean the button is being held rather than the actual mouse. If so, a rule with "Actor Receives Event mouse button is down" will remain true while the button is being held down. If that condition is met, the button is being pressed and held. If you only want to trigger something after a certain amount of time holding down the mouse button, you can pair it with a timer of some kind.
Well what im trying to set up is the ability to hold down the mouse button to shoot a gun and while its shooting the gun the character is also animating. I cant get my character to constantly shoot the bullet and keep animating and then stop animating and shooting when the left mouse button is released.
