Zipalign issue on minimum SDK level29

in Working with GS (PC)

Hi,

Need you help. When I set my minimum, SDK level to 21 I am able to run the zipalign.exe from command prompt successfully.

But when I set set minimum SDK level to 29 I get the following error

    Can you ensure you have the latest Android SDK's installed in Android Studio? (API's 30,31,32) They should come with an updated zipalign that you can use to sign.
