Collision glitch like Ive never seen before

I have a new glitch... I have an enemy actor that, when having any rule that interacts with my hero actor, changes its intended direction and speed. when the rule is taken off, the enemy moves the correct direction and speed. If you can understand what you just read, and know the answer, please help me out. The results are really cool if i can make it work.

    Well I worked around it. I constrained another enemy actor to the first enemy actor’s rotation and x,y. And made hero actor interact with the new one.
