Portrait Scene in Landscape Project?

I have a scene in my project that I need to load in Portrait orientation. The rest of the project is set up in landscape; I have the scene 'Autorotate' boolean set to only Portrait, but when it loads, it loads in landscape mode, stretched, instead of portrait...
