How to stop banner ads if 'Remove Ads' is true

Hi All,

I have successfully added banner ads using Admob, but now I'm struggling with how to stop it if 'Remove ads' is true.
I have set 'show banner ads' when 'Remove ads' is false, but when it's true, there is no attribute I can change to stop banner ads.
Can anyone help with it?
