How do I get started creating apps?

I finally bought the mac
What I still need to be able to create games for appstore?
how much money I have to pay?
for developers?

    To start with you only need to install GameSalad, use the 15 day trial and then pay a monthly subscription once you've decided you like it.

    You don't need these right away but you will need to download Xcode from the Mac App Store if it's not already installed. And when you're ready to publish your game to the App Store you will need to pay $99 a year to Apple to have your games on the store. I don't know what the other stores cost.

    GS Trial is 5 days these days but they are usage days not dates which is generous.

    Are you sure, last time I was on the trial version it was 15 days. And that was 15 days of being logged in, not just 15 days from the start of the trial.
