Can I still have in app purchase even though I didn't full out the Tax info

I have in app purchases on Google Play but I was wondering if I can have in app purchases on iTunes even though I can't fill out that tax info stuff yet

    Im pretty sure you can't submit an app with IAP if the tax info isn't complete.

    Yeah, I had the same problem. My account name isn't my real name, so then I can't fill out my tax info.
