Open URL is not working

in iPhone and Android Publishing

For some reason when previewing my game on my iPhone 5S device, Open URL with the embedded browser fails almost every time. Any idea?

    Can you insert a screenshot from the open url behavior? Any special chars or spaces in the url?

    did you put the URL between double quotation mark?
