What ever happened to Ice Cap Publishing?

I have done a number of searches and all the information I can find is really dated. Same goes for the game History Fighter which I thought looked very interesting, again seems like the information is a couple years old. There was a big focus on this for a while and then nothing. Was there an official word on what happened or is happening?

Not sure, but I think it never really flourished. It looked promising though!

Ice Cap Games is a subsidiary of GameSalad, and was the group that published the Deadmau5 and Jay&Silent Bob games, among others.
History Fighter was a project that was at one time a product in development under ICG, but we parted ways with the developer of that project last year during a development review of internal investments & development focus.
As you know from @CodeWizard's posts, we've focused our resources very tightly on Creator now, so ICG is not a core part of our daily operations at the present time.

ooh... History Fighter... big push and lots of hype over async multiplayer.... pretty much exactly two years ago....then fizzled into obscurity...
Is Async Multiplayer properly fully working yet? How time flies by...
@The_Guru mentioned a few days back about having a multiplayer game almost complete.

I am nearly done with a multiplayer teaching template. It has a few small bugs related to the tables transfer but works very solid overall. It's slow going as I literally am the only user debuging it..lol I have been in direct contact with the staff reporting issues on multiplayer. What I was told it is their goal to have both windows and Mac in sync, aka both have the same features at the same time. So basically we mac users have to wait for multiplayer to come to windows. Even though it is totally usable for mac.
