I checked the revmob box for startup ads when generating my app, I also made an account, but there are no ads showing up when I play the game on Android. What am I missing?

did you create the app within your rev mob account and received the Ad id
which you then pasted into the correct field on the game salad publishing page
?

@BigDave uhhhh I made a revmob account and entered that on the publishing page. How do I do the rest?
