I would estimate 2-4 months of solid work plus a few thousand dollars up front in music licensing. And then about 2 months of optimization.
To be honest...probably too much for GS to handle...and not sure if you could sync the gameplay with the music tracks accurately since frame rates will vary with the devices.
It could be done but the timers are so unstable and inaccurate in GS at the mo that I think you'd find tap registering getting out of sync with the beat. Would also require a bit of math, working out BPMs etc. A lot of work but it could be done... I'd wait for a newer version of GS though.
Wayne's made a demo for everything... apart from how to make a woman appear from thin air, like in Weird Science... hopefully he's working on that, though...
