Hi, I have generated apk for windows but when I got o windows developer center and click dashboard and click on submit app it does n0t give me any option to upload my apk . Infact it redirects me to tutorial page. Can anyone help me regarding this ?

you don't upload APK files to windows, you have to use the windows publishing option.
