Resizing images

Ok. I know I'm not the only one with this problem. Im trying to publish my game on GS. I can't finish because the pics I have need to be resized or jpeg to png. It keeps saying (The image selected must have the dimensions of 480x320 px). But thats after I convert my image from jpeg to png.

Is there a free program I can download for this frustration? I'm at 36% progress with my Arcade listing, still no luck. I need 78% to proceed to the next step. Please help...

    What size are they at the moment ?

    Is this point related to your question ? By that I mean is it the conversion process that is causing your image size issues ?

    Most probably, but it's not entirely clear what the problem is at the moment.
