Having trouble with actors/layers

When I put an actor in the screen it's K, but when I try to preview the actor it's on the edge of the screen lold
(Wherever I put the actor)

    Make sure you aren't setting the location within a rule inside the actor. That overrules (updates) the position where you dropped the actor in the viewer.

    I drop the same actor, but that happens:
    (Clear project)
