Attention PlayHaven users!

During the last round of PlayHaven revenue reporting, 12 seller reports could not be delivered due to the fact that the email addresses we have on file are not currently active or are incorrect.

If you have been using the PlayHaven service and did not receive the last report, which was sent on July 30, 2014, please log into your GameSalad account and make sure that your PayPal and contact information is correct. Without this information WE CANNOT PAY YOU!!!!

Once your contact information has been corrected, please notify us via email to: [email protected] so that we can resend your report and payment.

    Is that the last report from you guys from Playhaven? What about May, June, and July reports? The report I received on July 30th was the April Report.

    Playhaven reports run 60-90 days behind because they must be manually generated and sent to us, then we have to run them through our accounting team. This is the primary reason we're phasing out the old Playhaven model and encouraging users to re-publish their apps with Upsight or another ad network.
