When playing my game on my Samsung galaxy 3 there's a Black empty space at the top and bottom?

Hey guys just wondering why on my android there is empty spaces at the top and bottom seems like the game got shrunk down when I pick letterbox in http://publish.gamesalad.com/ . But if I pick Overscan it stretches it out too much and the left and right are cut off. I'm using a pc and there is no third option to have it perfectly stretched from edge to edge please help.
