Graphics too low

I have imported in gamesalad, image made with photoshop so their resolution was 1078x960 but after i imported them the resolution was the same of paint why? And can you say to me where can i
download a stable version of the ios viewer? I got a mac and i dont know the version of gamesalad but i downloaded it 1 month ago. Sorry for the english but i'm italian.

    What does this mean > "the resolution was the same of paint" ?

    All problem was solved i resized the image and the ios viewers doesn't crash
    Sorry for the english but i got 12 years and i'm italian

    Paint is a famous programm of windows, famous because of its graphics very low

    i had attached an image the frst 8 is not converted on the contrary the second is converted
