"Now Publishing" screen help!

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I created an app using the GS creator and when I click the "Publish" button, it takes me to a "Now Publishing…" screen on the game salad site. This screen never changes, I waited for half an hour or so before trying again several more times. It has been 3 weeks and I still can't figure it out, I rally need to upload this game. Please help!

    You should see a purple button saying "Create New Game"

    When I click on publish, it never gets to the "Create New Game" button. There is no create new game button. I just get a screen that says: "Uploading game content" and then "Uploading game project" and then a time out error.

    This is driving me sane.

    It does seem very broken at the moment, it never stops loading when updating a game, you have to click stop then pick a platform. And it won't let me update loading screen
