iBeer/milk apps

Anybody know how one would go about making an app that has similar funcionality to the iBeer and iMilk apps currently on the store? Thanks and plz reply :)

    You would want to make a video and just break it down into frames and use animate.

    It actually wouldn't be too much work since it would be such a short clip.

    If you have photoshop there is an import video as layers option that is useful.
