Constrain to platform??

I have a problem with constraining my character to multiple different platforms.
There are 3 platforms which move from right to left and are 3 different sizes, but I can't figure out how to make the character constrain to each platform so that he moves with the platform without you pressing anything.
I've followed this video:
But I can't edit the prototype because the platforms are spawned from off the map.
