Haha I know exactly how you feel @tatiang :P Back to the topic. The funny thing is, I'm actually working on a Flappy Bird game right now just for the challenge. I doubt it will ever make it to the App Store but seeing the success of Flappy Bird, I would say that if it was made well enough, you could make some serious ad revenue. Just speaking from experience here, if you aren't an artist and you want to make a successful game, then hire one. That was one of my biggest mistakes with my last two games.
I still don't think Flappy Birds success was as cut n dry as people make it out to be. 600,000 reviews in the span of a couple months is pretty insane. Clash of Clans has had 597,000 reviews since arriving on App store years ago all the way to today. Candy Crush has 491,000 reviews since it arrived.. Both those games been very popular for years+++
And you look at other flappy rip offs - and iron pants that's been in the top 5 for a month or so and has only garnered 5,000 reviews. The other Flappy Bird clone is up to about 1,600 reviews.
Sorry but things just don't add up. And anyone who thinks they can get half as much success as Flappy was thought to have will be disappointed.. just my opinion!!
So anybody willing to publish Flappy Bird style game? There're many now on Google Play and App Store.
Well, my question means using GameSalad to make Flappy Bird style game will take GameSalad Creator go down? because of the Red Bouncing Ball Spike, the press people review really bad about GameSalad.

Ah, okay, I changed the title to reflect that question.
Make something simple (like Flappy) but different might give you a better chance.
BTW were not releasing this Chris and I wanted to see what we could do with the "simple style" game made in just a few spare hours last weekend start to finish including testing and tweaking…good old GS it still amazes me how fast it is to get a prototype up and running.
