How to publish my game made with screen size 720p?

in Working with GS (PC)
I've started making my game and have tested it on html5, but is there i way i can publish it with the original screen size that i made it with? (1280x720) I have a mac and can transfer it to that if it makes the process faster but i just wanted to know if there is a way to do this on windows? Thanks :)
