my icon appears in the Google Play store but not on device??

Hi Guys

I recently published my app to the google play store and for some strange reason it does not appear on my android device?

when I am in the Portfolio I have the Icon displaying ?

any assistance would be greatly appreaciated

my Bad - I mean the Icon does not appear on the device after it has bee installed on the device
