If u were to buy a design or image from a third party would u be able to use it in your app and upload it or no?

    Depends on the licensing on the image. If you buy it from the Marketplace here, or any other place that says you can use it royalty free, then yes.

    Some people want you to buy the image, and then buy a license to use it in your projects. Just depends on where you get it.
