Cocoa For Mac OS X

Hi, does anybody know how to code in Cocoa. I didn't know like what it was and just wondering if a lot of you guys knew how to code in it. Just incase some of you are wondering I think it is what you make Mac programs out of. Like GameSalad and stuff. I just want to know if any of you guys know how to.
