Need a good graphic and story designer

I am looking for someone who is good with 3d or vector art and has a dark imagination, Everything will be explained better once I feel I picked the right person.

    You're ambitious! Story designers are pretty expensive - I know a guy who makes storylines for some cool indie adventure games, but he used to take at least few hundred USD (even up to 2000 USD) for a storyline with full dialogues, and descriptions. Most of those guys are expensive, because the stroyline is one of the most important things in a game, and storyline itself can create a bestseller.

    @TheMoonwalls I know what you mean but I have a story in mind anyway but some extra ideas wouldn't hurt. Also money isn't so much of an issue I just need good 3D graphics and my art skills only go so far. I just need some dark/end of the world graphics
