Graphic Designer Needed

I'm working on a new game, and require a graphics designer for thing things I can't do. I will be needing someone to create ice blocks of varying sizes that a penguin could slide on (the whole point of the game), as well as some help with a pause screen. Other stuff may be required as I progress, so the designer should be flexible with price and availability.
The designer needs to be affordable, and be able to make fun looking yet professional drawings.
