Advice : Where are the best places to announce your game when it launches?

Of course announce here! But where else are good places to do this? I am looking to develop a plan. I would appreciate any advice from the GS crew.

Touch arcades forum seems to be a good place with a large user base.

I would become a member of touch arcade. Join their forums and start a topic about your game. They have thousands of users read their forums every day.

They will also give you pretty honest feedback.

I was going to submit mine on touch arcade, but a user on here already had started one on there. And they think he is the developer. But I went ahead and made a name on there and put some promo codes.

True, i submitted for reviews on 2 sites. And started a thread on another site. I don't know which sites are the most popular though.
