what's the best way of contacting the gs team for help (i have a pro version)?

    I still would assume using the "contact support" button at the bottom of this page. Because you're pro, you should get faster service, except today's Memorial Day, so you might have to wait.

    thanks. forgot about memorial day, it's not a holiday in canada...
