Constraining something to the camera view, y.

Hey Guys, I am trying to constrain my sky background to the camera view, I've managed to do this with camera origin x in the scene, but when i try to use camera origin y it jumps to a position that shows the scene color. How do I make it not do this?

    Go to the scene, clic on scene (top left next to your actors and attributes) next clic layers (next to scene) Put the background in a separate layer and uncheck scrollable.

    Never mind, Just worked it out, had to constrain it plus 100.

    Like crazycam said,

    If your just trying to keep your background in place no matter where in the scene you are, dont constrain it. Put it on a non scrollable layer.

    Just tried putting it on a non-scrollable layer underneath all the other layers, but the image just jumps to the top of all the other images as soon as I uncheck scrollable. How can I stop it?

    When I put it on a separate layer, even if its underneath all the others it jumps to the top.
