Looking for artist to make background like this

Hi all

I am looking for an artist to make a background like the one below but need like parallax background. The artist that did it made a mess of the original files.

    I have not got an artist finalised as yet.

    That's too bad. Are you sure you cannot salavge the images? Did they get cropped, flattened or turned into an extreme multi-layer mess?

    RP the original artist was to make it a scrollable background but did not really do it right so I'm having to get it done again.
