Rejected partly because of an ad

My app was rejected. One of the reasons was that it had an ad pop up before the game. I take it that this is the Playhaven ad that Gamesalad implemented. Is there a fix to this?

    Apple is rejecting apps all the time now for playhaven on paid apps so just submit it as free and then change to paid
