Can't disable play haven

I have tried to disable play haven/kipp and I still have an add appearing as my splash screen. How can I get rid of this?

You can only disable it if you are a Pro user

Go into the services tab and make sure the box is unchecked.

I've done that; it still appears.

Try reinstalling GS

Finally fixed it. I had to make a new project in the publishing manager.
