Game logic fix & creation

I am looking for someone to fix some game logic and add some. Quite minor stuff but I can't figure it out, possibly also due to some gamesalad bugs that need to be omitted. Paid of course.

    Hard to explain without the logic, just looking for someone to fix and make it. It's the jobs board, right? :)
