Getting an account - Need help please :)

When making an account, which option should i pick because I am not the only one making the apps but I have no legal company name?

    If you have no documentation whatsoever of being a company, youll have to pick individual.

    And just to check, its the ios developer program yeah?

    I know i'm being paranoid but... haha


    Also why do I have to enter a delivery address?
