Android Upload :S Help!

When I clic on Upload, It only appears the options for: Gamesalad/Iphone/Ipad/Machintosh. Any idea to fix it? I need to upload an app right now :S

Are you a pro user. android publishing is only for pro users.

Is any method to upload it to .apk file?. There should be a gamesalad market anyway. Cause there´s no point to create a game and post it for "free" in the Arcade.
