Renew Provisioning Profile

Hi guys, Apple has told me that my provisioning profile is going to expire...how do i renew it?

    You can enter to your IOS provisioning portal , then to "provisioning" tab at the left , and you can click on renew if you see an expired profile , then refresh the page and download the renewed profile , and double click it to install it to Xcode !

    which mean I can do it while it's already expired? right? I thought i have to do it before it expire..

    i got a probleme my games doesn't work on iphone 3gs is it normal thanks !!!
