How do I know if my subscription is pro since I bought it and don't know how to use it's advantages ..

In 29 December 2011 I have buyed the pro license but if I open GameSalad and log in into I don't find the new features for PRO members!
If I go into "GAMESALAD --> ABOUT GS" my version license is FREE!
why ???

no, i don't see the PRO behaviors, i see only "Standard", "Custom" (empty) and "Plug Ins" (empty),
Where is the pro behaviors?
GS support have an email address?
