    yeah we got that same error last night. Is this just part of the whole server-side issue?

    That looks like the same result people were getting when they drag & dropped the icon rather than locate through a dialogue - during the upload process you must select the icon manually. Have a look at the unsigned.apk you are getting - is it tiny ? Open it with text editor - does it refer to an icon problem ?

    I am manually selecting the icon when I get this error

    Have a look at the unsigned.apk - how big? - what's in it?

    Are there any answers to the "APK" size/error issues yet?

    you must set icon in step overview settings.
