I have installed them on HTC Thunderbolt (email to gmail method), Droid X(both email and terminal method. Must have mini SD installed to use email method as well as access the viewer on this device) Toshiba Thrive Tablet(email Method) Droid Razor(email method) Butterbean installed my .apk to her nook color using the terminal method but I believe terminal is a bit different for the nook devices.
You should be able to install the .apk to the Kindle Fire via a gmail account without issue.
The Nook Color is the odd one out, and seems to be the only device where you have to use the terminal to install, and uninstall apk's... I tried installing via a gmail account, but it wouldn't allow me to... I think you have to root the device in order to do that, which is a process in and of itself.
Thanks very much for all the info but I had made a mistake with the Android Package Name...doh! Installed with adb no problem after that - not really a fan of sending megs by mail.
Butterbean, Are you having the sound delay issue on the nook color?
Tenrdrmer, Did you have the sound delay issue with any of the devices you've tested on?
I have the issue on the fire, but I tried it on a commando android phone and it worked fine.
Are either one of you noticing any difference with the performance of an app while running through the viewer compared to running the installed apk?
I have a game that runs smooth through the viewer on the fire, but when I open the viewer later and click recent then run the game again without streaming it, it runs much slower.
@Eric: Yes, the sound delay is on all devices (I believe...) because Android 2.2 requires use of the old method of playing sounds, I believe that's where the delay comes from, so the catch 22 is that GS wants to support 2.2 minimally so we can publish to Nook and Kindle.

Hopefully there's a fix for this..!
