Series of word games

Hey,
Looking for a future coding partner that is interested in building a series of word games for mobile web. I am an artist as well as a game designer with a couple of word game designs already made, now I am looking for a game salad programmer to join up with to start building this series of games.
These games will go under a new company that I am starting and you have the choice by either invest time in building the games for no cost and split the profit or I'll pay you $2,000.00/month and I'll be in charge of the show. I prefer option "split the profit" because then I know that you will put 100% of your effort in making these games awesome simple word games.

My requirements:
• You are dedicated and doing these games with passion
• You have 5+ years experience with game development
• We work after a schedule and stick to deadlines
• You have experience with Facebook app development
