'Waiting for review'

My app is currently waiting for review. Does anyone know how long it will take before it is finally up on the App Store ?

    about a week normally. My last 2 were exactly 7 days.

    A week? That's weird. My first two took less that 10 hours to be accepted into the iTunes store after "Waiting for Review". Then my free app took one day but that was during the time when Jobs was announced to be stepping down so I'm thinking maybe it was because of that it took so long?
