Where is there a link to get a clean copy of the Application Loader?

I don't know if there is a direct download for Application Loader 1.5, but that is the current working version. You can get it from the Mac App Store when you download Xcode from there.
If you are using the beta Xcode you will have a newer version of Application loader that does not work yet. You need to get the version that runs on Lion from the App Store (If you are running Lion, that is)
