康樂棋 (Hong Lok Kai) is a traditional Chinese game which is now on the iPad.
You must pocket all your opponents counters to win. It is harder than it looks!
You'll curse at your own or laugh at your opponants miss hits.
The game retains it's natural feel by leaving some of the judgement up to the players rather than adopting a sterile computerized environment.

Timer Mode: Time needed to pocket counters
Game Center: Leaderboard to compare times
