How old do i have to be?

so i am going through the process of getting a ios developer account and i was wondering if there is any age limit?

    It is 18 for how old you have to be but you can ---------------------- and get by younger like I did

    Be warned that if Apple ever does figure it out, they will close your account because a minor can't agree to the contracts. To be on the safe side, you could have a parent buy the dev program and you would just publish your apps under their name until you are 18. However, they will be responsible for the income from a tax standpoint.

    Apple probably knows my age. When I first made my developer account they noticed that my name was different from my banking name (was using my parent's bank info). They closed my account because of this. I then had my dad contact them explaining the situation and they opened it right back up. I'm pretty sure Apple knows my age.

    Heres my big dilema... My dad paid for my account and for some reason that's why the account is under his name. Because the money is going to my bank account I want to pay taxes for it. But there is no way for them to know that it's my account that I am signing the taxes form and I'm under age so will they accept that? And, because I have no other income (I'm 14 ) taxes will be a hell of a lot less. Is there a way to change the name of the account or something so I will be able to pay for the taxes?and my dad really doesn't want to pay the taxes will I have to contact apple like 11oclock? Please help this is really needed help!!! Thanks a ton!!!

    And when your dad had them open it up he agreed to the contracts and such. Not you. The money is paid out in your parents name they have to pay taxes on it.

    And other thoughts contact an account. We are game developers not lawyers and accountants.
