Making a character grow fatter

For one of my projects I want to make a character appear to grow fatter as he is fed. I imagine some pixel art ballooning each time the food source goes in. Does anyone know of a tool that can animate this for me, if I provide the starting art?

Hi, you've got to at least provide the end art as well! The closest thing I can think of which could do the job is Anime Studio Debut. Worth checking out.
