JailbreakMe provides a safe jailbreak that cannot put your device into an unusable state on its own. You will have full access to your jailbroken device, which gives you the power to modify it in ways that can put it in a state where you have to connect your device to iTunes and "restore" from a recently-synced backup. However, it should not be possible to render your device as permanently non-interactive as a brick, no matter what you choose to install.
Well Jon when I joined GS about a year and a half ago GS was $99 for the Apple account then $99 for the GS account and I thought I wish there was a way I could test my apps without payig the $200.
I DO own an apple developer account and I do want apple to make money but I was providing a way for new developers to try out apps on their iPhone before payig apple to publish them. Multiple of my clients have asked if there was a simple way to install the GS Viewer, HERE IT IS! You font have to go through all he trouble of provisioning profiles or anything it is as simple as drag and drop.
All my method did was add the GS viewer as a SYSTEM APPLICATION!
So Jon before you rant and rave please read the original post.
I'm closing this thread down. Installing the Viewer, based on the type of app that it is, without becoming an Apple iOS developer and giving Apple their $99 would be a violation of Apple's TOS. As such, we cannot officially endorse any action that could get members of this community in trouble with Apple.

I've copy and pasted what was written - so if it's passed as ok, I'll edit it back in.
If not, I'll shut this post down.
Sorry, but the way I see it, we should not be encouraging the bypassing of an Apple service on the GS forums.
Cheers, and I'll keep you posted as to what's decided.
