Pixen's Pixel Art to Gamesalad problem

I just made a really good title for a game I am making, but it won't download to gamesalad so I can use it.(Also including characters, buildings,etc.)I tried looking on youtube but there wasn't any help. Any tips?

    Have you tried saving whatever you did in .png format, then dragging the image to GS?

    It worked thanks normally it didn't accept it but with what you told me it worked out.

    PNG is the standard format I believe in part because it cuts out any background... so while a .jpg might have a white background after being put into something, a .png has no background at all. Also, tends to have a smaller file size.
